Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your jewelry until it arrives.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Not completely satisfied? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition.
To start a return, email us at hello@susanjewels.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
